- Effective treatment strategies to reduce or eliminate risk of falls including balance and gait training, general strengthening and conditioning, and exercises progressions to improve bone density.
- Education of patient / client and family members in fall prevention strategies as well as instruction in home exercise program.
- Home assessments performed as determined necessary.
